Explanations
The rating at CosBase is calculated once every hour from likes, commentaries and hits on the respective item. The rating is a good indicator if an item is popular. But this does not automatically mean it's a good work. Thus the ranking by rating should be interpreted with suspicion. The publishing date of an item is decisive for the period in which an item may appear. There are no restrictions on the number of items from an user that might be shown in the rating at the same time.
