Support
Please don't hesitate to write to the CosBase support on everything that might be of concern for CosBase, if you have a suggestion for improvement of the webseite, a problem or a general question.
Particularly the support can do the following:
- add new themes or characters
- transfer pictures or whole galleries from one user to another
- change username
- solve problems with login, password or email

Support request
A support request may be submitted
- via email to support@cosbase.de
A support request includes
- the reasonably described concern
- the username at CosBase if available
- where appropriate, details to the used browser or screenshots that may help us to understand the problem
Our support team will promptly answer to your request and we will try to solve the problem as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that all staff at CosBase are working voluntary.

| System admin | The system admin is monitoring specific informations which are generated during the operation of CosBase. For instance there is a script running every night that deletes not activated user registrations. The system admin may monitor if this script is working properly. He may also create or edit news to inform users about downtimes or problems. | Sai1 |
| Themes moderator | The themes moderator edits and adds genres, themes, subthemes, characters and character variations that may be linked to outfits afterwards.
